Don Jarvis: In Loving Memory

For my father who died this week.
He was aged 3901 weeks, but only looked like a man of 3120.

He was the kindest, most intelligent, most knowledgeable, strong and gentle man you could meet. Was always ready to help anyone, always pleased to see you. He gave me his love of nature, science and science-fiction from an early age.

Mat, I’m terribly sorry for your loss. It sounds as if he had a good run of it though, and passed a lot of himself on to those around him.
